Cancellation and Refunds

All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in New Delhi in 24-48 hours. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking ID.

We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday & public holidays.

​

Weekend orders are processed the following Monday or the next business day if it’s a holiday.

​

Our shipping terms and conditions are as follows:

- FREE SHIPPING on orders of Rs. 200/- or more (after discounts).

- Rs100 Shipping Fee for orders under Rs200.

DELIVERY

It usually takes 7-14 business days for the delivery of parcels. In rare cases the transit time is longer depending on local conditions, festivals, courier loads, rain and a variety of other factors.

Once the parcel is delivered, you will receive an email and SMS on registered email ID and phone number respectively. If there's any issue, kindly inform us within 48 hours from the delivery.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at info@gkhadikutir.com or WhatsApp/Call at our customer care number +917982854454 (Days: Monday - Friday ; Timings: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm).

Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be canceled. If you don't wish to accept the parcel, you can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Once the parcel comes back to our warehouse, Soap Square will deduct shipping and return charges from the customer order value while processing the refund.

Incase your order is marked delivered but not received by you, please reach out to us at info@gkhadikutir.com or WhatsApp/Call at our customer care number +917982854454 (Days: Monday - Friday ; Timings: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm). within 2 days (48 hours) of the date of delivery. Our Customer Care team will help with a solution at the earliest.
